I am a very happy Moneycorp customer and have been using the company for nearly three years. I can’t say I’ve ever had a problem with any aspect of their service.

Been using Moneycorp since summer last year to make mortgage payments on my holiday home in France. They have a regular payment plan that suits people who send regular, smaller sums of money as it help you save money over the banks which charge tourist rates on these small amounts. On top of that I don’t have to pay a £50 fee like I do with HSBC so that saves a few % too. Customer service wise, Moneycorp are always very helpful although I have only needed to talk to them a few times. There was a slight problem with one of my monthly transfers in that it took a couple of extra days to arrive and their customer services were very apologetic and helped resolve the issue without any problems.

Very impressed with Moneycorp’s attitude, especially when they are one of the larger currency brokers out there. You would think they would be really arrogant but they are far from that.

I am very impressed with Moneycorp. The whole process of registering through to transferring money takes less than an hour and then your currency is in your foreign account the next business day. That’s much faster than my bank and much cheaper too.

Five years in and never had a problem with Moneycorp. I don’t know how much they pay their staff because everyone always seems so happy to be working there! Maybe I’ll apply for a job 
